Time to relax, re-focus and recharge your body and mind, taking well deserved time to focus on your own physical and mental wellbeing. Grogarry Lodge Wellbeing Retreat offers you the opportunity to join like minded people and immerse yourself in activities designed to do just that.
The package includes your fully catered accommodation in our 10 bedroom lodge, where you will be very well looked after by Hannah and the team.
Your 4 night stay includes...
Mingulay Boat Trip
Join us on an adventure to the Isle of Mingulay, a beautiful uninhabited island sitting south of Barra, with David from Uist Sea Tours.
David will also treat us to a guided paddle boarding session from the boat.
Daily Yoga Sessions
Leading our yoga classes during your stay will be local yoga teacher, Sheila, from The Wee Haven Benbecula, with variety of daily, unwinding, re-energising and restorative yoga sessions to compliment the rest of the days activities.
Wild Swimming
During your stay, local open water coach, Norma, will provide two guided swims in stunning locations.
Renowned for its healing benefits, these cold water swims will make the perfect addition to the wellbeing retreat.
East Coast Walk
We will venture to the rugged & wild East coast of the Island for a guided coastal walk with the estates own Head Gamekeeper, Lorna.
Affording a completely different aspect of the Island, Lorna will guide us through the island's hill ground, to the peaceful East coast, where you have breath-taking views of the 3 peaks, Hecla, Ben Mor and Corrodale and stunning sea views of the Minch across to the Isle of Skye.
Luxury Accommodation & Food
No stress of cooking, you can make the most of your time here. Hannah and her team will ensure you are well looked after and Bella will serve up fantastic meals using as much local produce as possible. Locally sourced produce will be served in evening meals, to allow you to taste the Hebrides and refuel your body.
You will have access to a fully stocked cellar where you can purchase alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and lights snacks. Please feel free to bring along your own additional snacks.
